I want everyone to be 100% happy with their purchase and I work extra hard to make sure they are!!
If you receive an item that is not what you expected or damaged you may return it within 21 days of the purchase. I will reimburse you the cost of the item, but unfortunately will not be able to reimburse any shipping charges.
If the item is a custom item, i will do what i can to correct any problems, but if the item has been made as requested payment will not be reimbursed.
